Run Tool is a simple calculator for joggers & runners (and bikers,swimmers, walkers etc) who want to improve their workouts.
Especially good for Treadmill running but also applicable out on the road, trail and in the pool or sea!
Run tool simply calculates your speed, distance and/or time for a workout.
Supply a pace (or speed) and a distance and it will calculate how long it will take to run (or cycle or swim).
Similarly you can supply the time and distance and Run Tool will calculate the speed (and pace) required.
Give it your pace (or speed) and time and Run Tool tells you the distance you will cover.
Simple to use, just tap to increase or decrease your speed, pace,distance and time. A double tap will make larger changes, a single tap for small changes.
Scrub through values for fine control.
Run Tool will also let you know the calories required for running the distance you enter. (If you optionally supply your weight).
It will even calculate your BMI. (If you optionally supply your weight and height).
